Comes in a black and reflective orange colour. Used on a few camping trips and battery life is still going and not needed a replacement yet. Torch has a good range of motion and 3 different settings. Bright settings allows to see far in the distance and dur to the strap around the head gives a hands free functionality which allows for dog walking or other uses where both hands are needed. Got these for walking through caves and tunnels on holiday. They were quite adequate and reliable for the purpose required. The light seems very bright if looking directly at it, but less so when using them to look around a cave. For illuminating the path ahead they were fine. For value they seem very reasonable and on a par with head torches I've bought in the past. A useful feature which is better than other head torches I've used was that it was easy to open the battery compartment and change the batteries.

These head torches are brilliant. I bought them for use on our yacht. Unfortunately, one of them fell off my partners head while she was trying to hook a mooring buoy in St Ives harbour in the pitch black at 1.15am. Luckily it fell next to the buoy, and illuminated it underneath from the seabed! This meant we could then circle round and pick the illuminated buoy up. The headtorch actually stayed lit in the water all night, and I was able to retreive it when the tide went out six hours later,and amazingly, it was STILL lit! A quick wash out with fresh water and a change of batteries, and it still works even today. I now have six of these scattered around the boat for the crew to use. For the price they are an excellent product, and I highly recommend them.

My daughter went backpacking in Croatia with the school on a world expedition trip and was a must. Perfect for the night hikes and round the camp fire at night. The light is easy to adjust so points down to the ground when talking to other campers so not to blind them and while walking unknown paths. Great bright light and seems durable. Came back as it left and in one piece. ( I can imagine how it was treated in her trip away.) brilliant !
